Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at Rahman Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research (RIPSR) is constituted as a dedicated body to promote and sustain a culture of quality in all aspects of the institute’s functioning. IQAC plays a pivotal role in setting benchmarks, monitoring key academic and administrative processes, and fostering a continuous quality improvement mindset among faculty, staff, and students. By systematically planning, implementing, and evaluating quality-related initiatives, the IQAC ensures that RIPSR adheres to regulatory standards, meets stakeholder expectations, and advances towards excellence in pharmaceutical education and research.

Objective:

• To Develop and Maintain Quality Standards:
  To establish, monitor, and enhance academic and administrative processes in alignment with national and international quality benchmarks.
• To Foster a Culture of Continuous Improvement:
  To encourage regular self-evaluation, feedback collection, and implementation of best practices across the institute.
• To Ensure Stakeholder Participation:
  To involve faculty, students, staff, and external experts in quality-related decision-making and activities for holistic institutional development.
• To Facilitate Accreditation and Compliance:
  To prepare the institute for various accreditation processes and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
• To Document and Disseminate Quality Initiatives:
  To systematically document quality assurance activities and disseminate information on best practices and achievements within and outside the institute.
